who we are

HBS Consultants was established by two lifelong natives of Naples, cousins Adam Mount and Robert Sprehe.
HBS Consultants emerged in response to a recognized need for consulting engineering services to enhance their building and construction projects.
As both local demand for these services grew and a distinct gap for quality engineering and inspection emerged, the partners leveraged their combined qualifications as licensed builders and engineers. Their goal was to fill this void not only for their initiatives but also for other industry professionals and clients who faced similar challenges in securing reliable engineering and inspection support.

Adam MounT

Adam Mount has over 35 years of combined experience in construction, project management, and sales and marketing, including first-hand construction trade knowledge of fine carpentry, heavy civil/underground, and MEP on a wide range of projects including historical renovations, muti-family residential, custom residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Mr. Mount also is a professional physical fitness instructor and life coach, as well as a mentor to numerous high- net worth professionals around the United States. Adam is generous and loving father to his daughter and spends time exploring and traveling the United States.

Robert Sprehe

Robert Sprehe holds professional licenses as a General Contractor, Professional Engineer and Special Inspector in the State of Florida with over 25 years of combined experience in forensic, structural, and civil engineering, construction management, general contracting, and inspections for a broad range of project types including educational, medical, airports, industrial, commercial, theme park, and residential projects. Robert has testified as an expert witness in trial and depositions, and provided affidavit to provide testimony regarding moisture damage, water intrusion, and workmanship deficiencies. Robert is a proud father of two and volunteers his time locally to the youth sports programs of Collier County.
