who we are

HBS Consultants was established by a lifelong Naples native, Robert Sprehe.
HBS Consultants emerged in response to a recognized need for consulting engineering services to enhance their building and construction projects.
As both local demand for these services grew and a distinct gap for quality engineering and inspection emerged, Robert leveraged his qualifications as a licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer. The goal was to fill this void not only for internal construction initiatives but also for other industry professionals and clients who faced similar challenges in securing reliable engineering and inspection support.

Robert Sprehe - PE, SI, CGC

Robert Sprehe holds professional licenses as a General Contractor, Professional Engineer and Special Inspector in the State of Florida with over 25 years of combined experience in forensic, structural, and civil engineering, construction management, general contracting, and inspections for a broad range of project types including educational, medical, airports, industrial, commercial, theme park, and residential projects. Robert has testified as an expert witness in trial and depositions, and provided affidavit to provide testimony regarding moisture damage, water intrusion, and workmanship deficiencies. Robert is a proud father of two and volunteers his time locally to the youth sports programs of Collier County.
